*What size are the beads & the holes?*

Most of my beads are approximately 7mm x 13mm and are made on a 1/16th mandrel. The boro beads are made with a 1/8th mandrel or a 3/32nd mandrel and are a little larger at 8mm x 14mm.

*Do you sell your beads in stores?*

I sell them in a few stores, in addition to my own store. My beads are in Bead Haven in Cedar Rapids, Chameleon Cache in Coralville and Meant to Bead in Wisconsin.

*Where do you come up with the names for your beads and what do they mean?*

They are completely irrelevant, they mean absolutely nothing and often make no sense at all :)

*Do you offer wholesale prices?*

Yes I do offer wholesale prices depending on how much you are spending. You do not need a wholesale license.

*What if I am not happy with the beads or they do not match what I was wanting to match them with?*

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can contact me within 7 days for a refund.

*If I order a set and want a few extras to match, can I add a few more to my set?*

Sure, I would be happy yo make some extra beads to match (spacers, focal, etc.)

*How soon after I place an order will it be shipped?*

I try to get packages to the post office within a day or two after the order is placed.

*Do you ship internationally?*

Yep, for a flat rate of $6.00.

*What forms of payment do you accept?*

I accept paypal, money orders and credit cards.
